These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all online bookings and purchases of mountain-bike tours, guiding services, and related activities (collectively, the “Services”) offered on mtbtoursfinale.com and on any external booking platform linked from this site.

3. Services and Prices

  • All descriptions, itineraries, and prices are provided in euros (€) and include all applicable Italian VAT unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices may change before you place an order, but never after your booking is confirmed.

  • Any additional charges (e.g., equipment rental, third-party tickets) will be clearly disclosed before checkout.

4. Booking Process

  • A booking is confirmed only when you complete the payment on our secure checkout page (or our authorised partner [e.g., Beddy.io]) and receive an email confirmation.

  • You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.

5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights)

  • Under EU Directive 2011/83 and the Italian Consumer Code, you have the right to cancel your booking within 14 days of the contract date without giving any reason and receive a full refund.

  • Exception: This right does not apply if the tour is scheduled for a specific date and you request performance to begin within that 14-day period. In that case, the booking becomes non-refundable once the service is rendered.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
