Flow Enterprises organizes, promotes and coordinates tourism, sports and outdoor experiences, including activities carried out in collaboration with third-party operators and partners.

2. Nature of the Services

Flow Enterprises provides organizational, promotional and logistical support for tourism and recreational experiences.

 

Certain activities may be delivered by independent guides, instructors, transportation providers, or partner facilities.

 

Flow Enterprises acts as an organizer and coordinator of such experiences and may rely on third-party operators for their execution.

3. Booking and Contract Formation

  • Bookings may be made through:
    • the official website
    • payment links
    • partner facilities
    • direct communication with the company

     

    A booking becomes final and binding once the customer completes the payment and receives confirmation of the reservation.

     

    By completing the booking, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Customers may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 20 days before the scheduled tour date.

     

    If the cancellation occurs less than 20 days before the scheduled tour date, the booking becomes non-refundable.

     

    Refunds after this deadline may only be granted in cases where the cancellation is directly attributable to Flow Enterprises, including but not limited to:
    • cancellation by the company
    • safety concerns
    • organizational issues
    • failure to reach the minimum number of participants

     

    No refunds will be granted for cancellations due to circumstances attributable to the customer, including but not limited to:
    • personal commitments
    • illness
    • travel disruptions or delays
    • incorrect booking information
    • failure to appear at the meeting point

     

    Customers are responsible for ensuring their availability before completing the booking.

5. Weather and Environmental Conditions

  • Outdoor experiences may be affected by weather and environmental conditions.

     

    Flow Enterprises reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
    • modify the itinerary
    • reschedule the activity
    • replace the activity with an alternative experience
    • cancel the activity

     

    if weather conditions, safety risks or other external factors make the activity unsafe or impractical.

     

    In such cases the company may offer:
    • a new date
    • a voucher for future use
    • an alternative activity

     

    Refunds will only be issued if no reasonable alternative solution is available.

6. Minimum Participants

  • Certain activities require a minimum number of participants.

     

    If the minimum number is not reached, Flow Enterprises reserves the right to:
    • reschedule the activity
    • offer an alternative date
    • provide a voucher
    • cancel the activity

7. Late Arrival and No-Show Policy

  • Participants must arrive at the meeting point at the scheduled time.

     

    Participants who arrive late or fail to appear at the meeting point will be considered no-shows.

     

    In such cases:
    • participation may be denied
    • the activity may proceed without them
    • no refund will be issued

8. Participant Responsibilities

  • Participants must:
    • follow all safety instructions provided by guides or staff
    • behave respectfully toward other participants and staff
    • comply with local laws and safety regulations

     

    Flow Enterprises reserves the right to deny participation or remove any participant whose behavior is considered unsafe, disruptive or inappropriate.

     

    No refund will be issued in such cases.

9. Health, Fitness and Risk Acceptance

  • Some activities may involve physical effort and inherent outdoor risks.

     

    By booking and participating in an experience, participants acknowledge that:
    • they are physically able to participate
    • they assume responsibility for their own health and safety
    • they accept the inherent risks associated with outdoor and sports activities

     

    Participants are responsible for informing the company of any medical conditions or limitations that could affect their participation.

10. Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flow Enterprises shall not be held liable for:
• injuries or damages resulting from participant negligence
• accidents caused by failure to follow safety instructions
• events beyond the company’s reasonable control
• services performed by independent third-party providers
• delays, cancellations or disruptions caused by external circumstances

 

Participation in the activities is undertaken at the participant’s own risk.

11. Third-Party Services

Some experiences may involve services provided by independent third-party operators.

 

In such cases, those providers operate under their own responsibility and regulations.

 

Flow Enterprises cannot be held liable for the actions or omissions of such third-party providers, except where required by applicable law.

12. Force Majeure

Flow Enterprises shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure is due to force majeure, including but not limited to:
• extreme weather conditions
• natural disasters
• strikes
• public authority restrictions
• transportation disruptions
• health emergencies
• unforeseen safety issues

 

In such circumstances the company may reschedule the activity or issue a voucher.

13. Image and Media Release

During activities, photos and videos may be taken for promotional or marketing purposes.

 

By participating in the experience, customers grant Flow Enterprises the right to use such materials for promotional use, unless the participant explicitly communicates their refusal prior to the activity.

14. Complaints

Any complaint must be submitted to the company via email or certified email (PEC) within a reasonable time after the activity.

 

The company will review the complaint and respond accordingly.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law.

 

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall fall under the jurisdiction of the court of the location of the company’s registered office.
