What is Flow school?
Flow School is more than just a mountain biking school—it’s a project born from a deep passion for the Ligurian landscape, the sport, and local history. Every experience we offer is rooted in a genuine connection to the breathtaking trails of Finale Ligure, a world-renowned destination for outdoor adventure.
Our journey is closely tied to Rose di Pietra, a historic family-run farm that provides an authentic and immersive accommodation experience. Here, mountain biking is more than just the ride—it’s a way to explore the region’s rich traditions. Guests stay on a working farm where the entire family is involved, blending agriculture, traditional cuisine, and trail building. The thrill of biking seamlessly transitions into shared meals and storytelling, creating an experience that’s both immersive and unforgettable.

What We Do

At Flow School, we organise MTB and E-MTB tours, creating tailor-made experiences based on your needs.
We want you to focus only on riding your bike and having fun: we’ll take care of everything else.
- We provide guided tours with free shuttle support or pedalled tours from sea level to almost 1,400m altitude, always aiming to build remarkable memories of our territory, trails, and rides, with you.

Alessio
Alessio is a local rider born at the foot of Mount Carmo and raised on the trails of the Finale Outdoor Region. He got into mountain biking at the age of 10, thanks to his dad, but he was already riding at 3 years old. During his studies, he focused mostly on English and German, and he graduated in languages at the University of Genoa.
At 22, after growing up and gaining more experience, he managed to combine his passion with his work, becoming a mountain bike guide.
Alessio is a sunny and friendly person: he will be a professional guide, attentive to the needs of every rider, and will help you appreciate the beauty and hospitality of the Finale Outdoor Region in its entirety, from the fantastic trails to the local cuisine.

Phil
Phil, our youngest addition to the team, is a professional guide and prior bike mechanic with origin from Germany. He has been riding and racing bikes since he was a kid. With his german precision and love for riding, he knows how to take your riding day to the highest level. Always down to for one more lap.

Nico
Nico Accame, a renowned climber and bike racer, established top climbing routes in a region known for its limestone cliffs and sea-facing multi-pitch areas. Over a decade ago, he shifted to biking, leading the development the extensive MTB trail network of Pietra that has hosted several enduro world championships.
He is a farmer, the father of martino, owner of the agriturismo rose di pietra where he grows many different varieties of organic products, he is a super passionate biker
